That's fairly easy, Dave.  When you are operating and a WL2K station clobbers 
you off a frequency you know it doesn't work.  What
leads you to conclude that they do work or that they actually are employed?  I 
do have one in a ALE Software Beta that does work.
Winmor one works to some degree as well. Pactor 3 not even close.
