Two different sets of comments - the EC will be reviewing comments
filed *with the FCC*. The March 31 ("band plan") comments are are
being handled by a separate committee of the Board who are scheduled
to report to the full board at their summer (July?) meeting.

period input from members on the League's Petition for Rule Making
(<http://apps.fcc.gov/ecfs/comment/view?id=6017477458>RM-11708) to
delete restrictions on symbol rates for data communication and to
establish in their place a 2.8 kHz maximum occupied bandwidth for data
emissions below 29.7 MHz."

"Voting members of the ARRL Executive Committee are President Kay
Craigie, N3KN; Central Division Director Dick Isely, W9GIG; Hudson
Division Director Mike Lisenco, N2YBB; Midwest Division Director Cliff

Interesting that they are 'reviewing comments/inputs from members' on
the 29th.... the deadline for 'member comments' is March 31st.....
