Thanks, Rex - I think yours is the best reply I have seen. At least,
get credit for him!  I normally do handle startup CQs on my freq in
this way, but didn't think of it with his implied "emergency".

It probably won't happen again, but if it does, I will be ready :-)

Because he seemed to be declaring an emergency was in effect - I
believe we all should respect the declaration (but ask questions later).
