[RTTY] Courtesy, DE, TU, etc. Threads

I respectfully ask that these threads be dropped.   I'm sure it is driving
casual contesters away from the RTTY contesting, it is generating comments
about the disintegration of ham radio on other reflectors that I subscribe
to and causing me to reconsider my enthusiasm for RTTY contesting.
