[RTTY] Strange CQ

I've seen it all now....seen on 20 meters around 0400Z in the Russian RTTY
Contest:  "CQ CQ DE NO CALLSIGN SET"
...this went on for about five minutes before the op finally figured out
that something was wrong I guess.  Signal was DX from probably Europe or RU.
