For those wondering who the mystery station was that had half-second
transmissions with nothing useful emitted, it was W0YK. The PTT was
releasing just after closing and I never figured it out before the half-hour
was over. Still troubleshooting. MMTTY FSK works fine but not WriteLog's
Rttyrite FSK. Of course it has been working just fine on several other
computers here but configuring it on a friend's PC tonight is not behaving
the same way.
I'll try again tomorrow evening.
