Not according to the sample Cabrillo on the web site.

The sample cabrillo doesn't show the email header.
The rules state:
E-MAIL: The subject line of your e-mail entry must include your callsign and
class entered (and that's all).
e.g. Subject GM4KLN SOAB Subject GW4SKA SOE Subject G1XKZ MO
