I have a small program called asc2adif.zip that works pretty well. You
might do a Google for that.
I changed all my WF1B and HyperLog files to adif format to upload to LOTW
and my logging programs. 73

Hello
SM6BSK once made a Cabrillo converter for WF1B, it
doesn't support all contests but at least many
of the oldest. It can be used for newer contests
too if you use another contest with the same format
and manually edit the contest name.
