[RTTY] WPX and CQWW RTTY certificates are out!

Thanks to CQ Magazine, Ed W0YK, and Barry W5GN, and all the others
for all the work it takes to put these contests on.  (not to mention all
the operators around the world who take the time to get on the air to
make these contests successful).

Hope to see many of you on the air as the contest season really gets
going at the end of this month.
