On Saturday I was spotted many times in the SARTG by DC3RJ and a few
by DL3RCK. My S/N ranged as low as 9 dB. I had been operating high on 20M
(maybe 14111 or so) when I first learned of the RBN. When I started
monitoring RBN I had no hits, so dropped down to an area where hits
were being reported (14080 - 90) and started running there. I was
spotted pretty soon.

Pretty nice to see that I was about the same S/N as guys who had much
better antennas (I only have wire dipoles in my trees here).

My run macro was _SARTG_W4UK_W4UK_CQ_ ("_" is space). I am guessing
that space at the end is very important.

BTW, I was never spotted Sunday although I ran 5-6 hours.

RTTY RBN looks like it will be a great tool..

When I search on my callsign today I can see my
history of 30-40 spots. I assume anyone could
go to one of the links below and search on their
callsign to see if they were spotted.
