Yes, you simply can't say it's no coders that are the problem. I happen
to have got my license without code, upgraded to an advanced ticket and
then learned code after, and quite enjoy CW. I also follow the DX code
of conduct, and operate my station with a great deal of professionalism
as I take pride in it. So as Mike said Bad Operators are just that Bad
Operators
