[RTTY] N1MM BARTG75 Cabrillo not formatted correctly

FYI--

The N1MM Cabrillo generated for the BARTG 75 seems to be 'space delimited'
and does not meet the BARTG 'template'.

As this will cause all N1MM logs to become 'check logs', I wrote to 
the N1MM team to inform them of the problem and asked for a fix ASAP.
