[RTTY] 18 Mhz Band

Seems from the many that are transmitting out of band today that most 
don't know where the edge might be.  18.110 is the edge.  At least two 
DX stations working above that and I am printing 10's if not 100's of 
signals.

Not quite sure how close to 110 one can get, but probably less than 
109.5 is too close.

May the fcc not ring your phone.
