A couple of contests ago, I was jammed for a while on 20 meters toward the
bottom of the RTTY bandplan. I tried toughing it out for a while, since I was
doing nothing wrong and had been there for half an hour, but with only low wire
dipoles and 400 watts, hanging in there can be futile. Eventually I moved. I
noticed later on that others also were clearly being jammed by that same
individual, who was transmitting a steady tone on top of one's mark/space.
I can't imagine why anyone would spend their time doing such a thing.
