If the RTTY signal has a RF mark frequency of 14.090 MHz (display on
FT-1000MP in RTTY), and the other station is using AFSK with "high
tones" (2125/2295) if the AFSK is LSB the "dial" frequency will be
2125 Hz *higher* than the "correct" frequency (e.g., 14.092 125 MHz).
If the AFSK is USB, the "dial" frequency will be 2295 Hz *lower* than
the "correct" frequency (e.g, 14.087 705 MHz).
If the AFSK tones are different than the traditional "high tones"
the LSB "dial" frequency is <"FSK frequency" *plus* the lower tone>
and the USB "dial" frequency is <"FSK frequency" *minus* the higher
tone>.
