My WAS RTTY is numbered #780 and dated 29-Jul-09. So that is only 34 from
Aug 09 to Jan 10. 
Mine says "DIGITAL" at the top above the WAS symbol. And then the bottom
reads "RTTY #780". I wonder if PSK (and the other digital modes) WAS get
their own numbering sequence.

My toughest and last was ID which I finally got when I went to a website
where you can set up skeds (I had it bookmarked on my old pc - can't find it
now).

I never paid attention before, but mine was #814 from January 15, 2010, so
they go up about 100/year.
 
WAS has always been difficult for me, as opposed to DXCC.  It's  tougher to
work 100% of 50 states than 30% of 340 countries.  From the time  I got on 
RTTY it took about 5 months to work DXCC and 15 months for WAS.   Vermont 
was the last state and I waited quite a while.
