They're probably focusing on Europe. That's where most of the EU 160
meter activity takes place, both RTTY and PSK.

The ARRL band plan at http://www.arrl.org/band-plan-1 recommends digital
modes for the US from 1800-1810 but doesn't break it down by specific
type of digital mode.
