Hello all,

this year SRR open Digi Cup to all over the world.
Here is the rules. Sorry for the English, it is machine
translation, I just change few crazy words using by computer :)
 
DIGI CUP OF RUSSIA OPEN 

Organize by The Union Of Radio Amateurs of Russia - SRR


Beginning:      On September, 11th, 2010 at 15:00 UTC
End:            On September, 12th, 2010 at 09:59 UTC

THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTEST:

- Radio sports popularization;
- Definition of the strongest sportsmen;
- Increase the skill of participants.


Radio amateurs - citizens of the Russian Federation
and all countries of the world are invited.


1 round on September, 11th, 2010 15.00 - 18.59 UTC (Saturday)
2 round on September, 12th, 2010 06.00 - 09.59 UТС (Sunday)

BANDS: 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters,

Recommended frequencies:

3580-3600, 7040-7060, 14070-14099,
14101 - 14112, 21080-21120, 28050-28150.

Participants can use following digital modes:

RTTY75
BPSK63

Recommended call in the contest "CQ ТЕSТ"


DUPE QSO:

DUPE QSO with the same station are allowed:
- in different rounds,
- on different bands,
- on different modes on the same band (but not earlier
  than after one qso).

Operating hours:

For all subgroups 8 hours (Both rounds).

CHANGE OF BANDS:

In all subgroups it is authorized to make no more than 10 changes within
each hour
(06.00-06.59). Points for the communications after 11th change, aren't
count. 

GROUPS OF PARTICIPANTS:

A    - Radio station with one operator - SО.
МОSТ - Radio station with two-three operators - one transmitter 
C    - Foreign participants

SUBGROUPS:

А1. SOАВ НР 
А2. SOАВ LР  

МОSТ - Radio station with two-three operators - one transmitter

С1. SOАВ НР  
С2. SOАВ LР
 
CONTROL NUMBERS:

Exchange number consists of QSO serial number (3 or 4 figures),
and GRID locator.
For example the order could be:

326 К048, 012 LP32; К048 326, LP32 012;
326-K048, 012-LP32; К048-326, LP32-012.


POINTS:

Points are charged according to distance between correspondents:

To 1000 km - 31
To 2000 km - 35
To 3000 km - 38
To 4000 km - 42
To 5000 km - 47
To 6000 km - 52
To 7000 km - 57
More than 7001 km - 62

Additional points for each big QTH-locator (TO, КР, LO, LP etc.) 
on each band counts 100 points (once for all time of contest).

WINNERS AMONG FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS:

The first three places are awarded by diplomas.

THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

For all subgroups during contest it is allowed
to radiate only one signal at any moment.

Use of networks of the notification (DX Cluster)
are allowed.

Line-up of collective radio station 2-3 persons.
Work as an individual call sign from collective
radio station on the category is authorized




Terms of sending of reports.

Reports on participation in sports competitions which are accepted to
offset,
should be received a judiciary board within 10 days from the moment of the
end of the contest. The logs sent after 10 daily terms, with in 30 days
after
contest, are accepted only for control. 
The logs received after 30 days, aren't accepted by a judiciary board.
