You're way ahead of me! WriteLog doesn't have a Cabrillo report for the
Russian RTTY Contest so I have to look into finding a ADIF to Cabrillo
conversion program that has the proper layout or use a comma delimited text
file. As for your question about OFFTIME, I did a Google translate of the
left panel on the link you provided. At the bottom of the keywords list is
a "Appendix. Sample Reports" which I looked at. In the sample layout for
SOAB they do not use OFFTIME. You might give it a look and see what you
think.
