IIn the last day or so there has been a spate of "this thread has gone
on long enough" messages.
Folks, there are over a thousand subscribers to this reflector. There
is no way every subject can possibly be of interest to every
subscriber. Some threads have widespread interest, some have very
narrow.
On this reflector NO threads will be censored or suppressed just
because a few people are tired of them. The age old rule applies - no
interest? Just delete. Better yet, get an email program which can be
told to ignore an entire thread. Agent by Forte is one such program. I
am sure there are others.
The only censoring that will be done is for profanity or particularly
vile personal attacks. As long as the discussion pertains to RTTY and
other digital modes, it will be allowed.
