Just an FYI ROS is a spread spectrum digital mode and therefore is illegal
to use in the U.S. below 222 mc. The creator of the mode is not a ham and
has treated hams globally in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
He has gone as far as faking FCC correspondence saying that ROS is legal on
HF and banning certain hams from using his software because they pointed out
that his mode is illegal in the U.S. below 222 kc.
