Please read the rules! There are TWO classes: SOE and SOAB.
There is no SO2R, no LOW POWER, no HIGH POWER, no MULTI-MULTI etc etc, just
SOE and SOAB.

And BTW, use of the cluster IS allowed, as it is not specifically denied.

Lastly, PLEASE check the sample Cabrillo format on the BARTG website and
make sure your log is formatted accordingly.
Usually, MMTTY does NOT format the log correctly, and by default, it will
include a signal report.
