Take care with the way you handle this rule. Bill is right with saying it 
should be where you live, but make sure you always sign with the right area 
suffix on your call. The checkers will probably score any contacts in the 
same area as zero.

The first and best place to ask this type of question is direct to the Volta 
contest manager ........
