My thanks to everyone who replied to my question about IRC's. I went to the
web site N6ML suggested and made a copy. I have to deal with the local
Postmaster direct and the info sent to me by W5CPT, N6ML, N2TK and K2ZR will
be a big help. I guess I will have to request a special order. Thanks to all
and maybe I can get the 12 meter RTTY DX QSO confirmed for a new one on that
band. Look for me in the RU this week end.
