[RTTY] It never hurts to call CQ

Having some idle time, I called CQ DX on 14080 at about 0640 UTC, long after
sunset, the band apparently dead here in California. Much to my surprise, I was
answered by E51TLA, Henrik. Only my second ever RTTY with South Cooks Island.
The previous one was 15 years ago.

You never know.
