You may have seen the GB50ATG call on your screens recently. This special event
call is to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of BARTG, the British Amateur Radio
Teledata Group. Check the BARTG web site, www.bartg.org.uk for details of the
Golden Jubilee Award, special QSL cards and also wall plaques. GB50ATG will be
on the air until the end of June 2010 with several BARTG members sharing the
operating from various locations.
For the month of September the call will be used by John GW4SKA from his usual
address in Wales. This will include operation in the CQWW contest, so if you
work GB50ATG in a contest *this month* it should count as a GW multiplier.
