Hi one and all.................
I managed to negotiate some shack time from the "boss", and planned to
operate as much as I could. All well in theory, but sadly, the Gods of
propagation didn't play their part.
Conditions started good on 20m, and I stayed on 20m until 1740UTC. At that
time, the band was starting to get flaky, and the only stations I could hear
were already in the log.
I then went to 40m, but that was hard work, so I stopped for tea, then tried
again. Sadly, 40m was very noisy, and 80m wasn't much better, so I called it
a day.
Managed to get out of my bed and into the shack for 0515UTC, and found 80m
almost dead, apart from a couple of mults, and then went to 40m. That band
seemed OK, and U stayed there until 0647UTC, by which time, 20m had opened
up enough to be usable.
It was nice to see 15m open, even briefly, but I managed to work a few nice
mults there.
A pleasure to log VU2NKS, W6WRT, YB4IR (20 and 15!), E21YDP, and a few
others, and also to bag 15 of the 16 Provinces on 20m.
I only missed out on 'D', and never even saw one being worked, but I guess
there were a few around.
For once, I did spend more time CQ'ing, and this was fun, apart from the
usual UT stations that see a spot for me, come and work me, and then park
themselves around 200Hz away and call CQ.
I also got a few that saw the spot and decided to call me, even though they
must have had very poor copy on me.
I managed to decipher a few of the calls, but after sending them a report,
they were still calling me.
Here is my claimed score:

Thanks to all for the points, and my log is already on LoTW, but paper cards
are always welcomed.
