A few punches here and there and volla.  BTW I worked in the ARMY with a guy 
who submitted a proposal to stop printing the output on the tape with ink.  
That saved the DOD major bucks, but resulted in all of us having to learn "hole 
reading" an art form not practiced much anymore.
