You could use my RTTY Roundup Log Analyzer. It's a free download from here:
http://tinyurl.com/8juedc

Unfortunately it won't tell you about DXCC but it will show you all the 
states you worked and on which bands you worked them and a whole bunch of 
other statistics gleaned from your log.
