Earl,
I use N1MM w/ MMTTY and no matter what the other party sends (1 digit, 2
digits or 3 digits with or without leading zeros) the cabrillo log file
output from N1MM shows it as 4 digits with any necessary leading zeros.
What program are you using to generate the cabrillo log?
As far as I know, the actual number of digits are irrelevant as long as the
value matches. So 0039 and 039 and 39 are all valid.
