OK, so you have to be an "Authenticity guaranteed" member ... but when
you click on Step 3, Verify Identity
(http://eqsl.cc/qslcard/Presentation.cfm?Slide=Step3), there is no
link where it says "Go to AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEED page".
Anyone know where that is? I assume eqsl.cc charges a fee, but I'm
curious to see what it is.
