I tried getting in touch with Sean but he left the building by the time I
called. My club here in Troy, NY will take the "Hudson Division - SOLP
Plaque"
for TARA (Troy Amateur Radio Association - N2TY). I will try him again
tomorrow. I personally will look into sponsoring another plaque if I can too.

MSHP it claims Wayne (WA1PMA) is the sponsor when he
actually bought his own plaque last year when he and I teamed up. However,
any that are blank I
believe are open. Tho some that aren't blank may well be as well.
They aren't really very organized on this nor am I since they had them all
sponsored by MW Radio. That was neat but didn't last long. Sean the ARRL
contest Manager KX9X is the definitive source, tho I can tell you that this
list came from him today!
