Closest thing I've seen is SH5 at http://tr4w.qrz.ru/other_programs.php .
Check out the options under Open / Other formats once you launch the
program. I use N1MM when logging in a contest and it opens it directly.
Depends on what you're looking for if it meets your needs.

What I've personally done is I use Ham Radio Deluxe as my primary logging
program and it uses an underlying Access DB so I open it in Access and write
whatever queries I want. I also export from N1MM and import into HRD after a
contest.
