I'd like to second what AD1C said in another mail. I've just finished RTTY 
WAS all by LoTW. My last two were Montana (W7LR) and WV (W8WEJ). My WY was 
KO7X, worked in the CQWW WW RTTY contest last month. He was very prompt on 
his LoTW confirmation.
