[RTTY] Please use 2 digits for zone in CQ WW RTTY

My experience with N1MM is that a 1 digit zone is too small of a target
to click on.  There might be a slight bug in N1MM also - I've found that
I have to click slightly to the right of the number.  For this reason,
I ask the favor of you to send your zone as 2 digits.  I will be sending
mine as 03.
