The Character Wait or Diddles Wait setting in MMTTY affect this as Charlie,
KI5XP, posted previously. I just tried it. Moving up
the Character Wait slide causes the RTTY characters to sound slower. Diddles
sound slower when sliding up the Diddles Wait setting.

Hi Vilnis and the group,

Yes, that is another call that appears to have slow-sounding RTTY.
Like you say, it still decodes OK, and those that have this sound do not seem
to suffer any ill-effects of that!

Joe W4TV stated that Microham does not change any settings in MMTTY. OK, I
accept that, but I still wonder what is going on.

Oh well, perhaps this will remain unanswered.
