I bought a Trendnet TK-400 from New Egg a few years ago and it has worked well.
It comes with all the cables too. That is a 4 port version, but if you do not
need that many ports there is a two port version as well. You can switch
between screens by hitting the scroll lock twice then selecting the number 1
thru 4 on the keyboard or use the button on the unit as well.

ad a second time. Senility strikes again. :-)
Any help would be appreciated.
