On the USOS subject, I did a little snooping around the various macro options
in MixW, and found one that might be useful:
<LETTERS>
Over the weekend, in the TARA Melee, I received a number of "PSE AGN?"
requests for my state, and after reading Chens' explanation, it occurred to me
that the same problem was probably happening here.
In the next one, I might try:
<TX><CRLF> <CALL> TU 599 <LETTERS>CT CT <RX>
This should obviously force the letters shift before the CT is sent.
