[RTTY] VE7CF WAS certificate

I want to publicly thank the ARRL/LOTW and Bill Moore, NC1L in 
particular for the beautiful WAS RTTY certificate, #536 hanging in a 
prominent place on the shack wall.  Although I had worked all states 
rtty with confirmed qsl's many years ago, it took the easy 
application process of LOTW  to drive me to apply.
