I made a "marginal" rtty qso with a "3b7c" station on the 12th of Sept on
14080 at 1725Z. Got one clear print of my call sign. But I am not in the
on-line log???
Did any one else make a rtty qso on the 12th with a 3b7c station? Maybe a
pirate???
Have not heard them on rtty since. Will try 40m tonight. They are on 15m
right now to EU but no prop to the East coast, hi
