I am in the process of replacing my Donner Interface (which will not do FSK)
with a Buxcomm Rascal which will do FSK for my Icom IC-756 (non Pro). They have
a model which comes with a USB to Serial converter and one without. I have a
converter that works well with my present setup so I ordered the Serial
version. For our radios the model (if I read the website correctly) is the
RIC8PD. It connects to the 8 Pin Accy port on the back of the radio. There is a
model for the IC-746 that has two connectors so the interface can be used on HF
& VHF, but the IC-756s do not require the extra connection.

Hope to see you on the RTTY bands,

Clint - W5CPT

  Subject: [RTTY] FSK interface

  Hi all,
I was wondering what kind of FSK interface would be best for my ICOM
756PROII. I have seen the one that Don AA5AU describes on his page, or would it
be better to use an optocoupler for this (like the one described by IK3QAR)?
