There are two things you can do:
1. Forward the message to spoof@ebay.com Forward it intact without
opening any links or changing anything.
2. If your email program does not have a spam filter, get one that
does.
After forwarding the message, you will receive an email from ebay
confirming that it is spam (spoof, actually) and giving you some
advice on how to handle it.
