Subject: Re: [RTTY] WARC band this weekend
Hi Jim and the group,
Yes, I forgot that Easter weekend is also the EA contest! Ooops!
However, it may be worthwhile trying on the Friday and Monday, if anyone
is
free.
I will try to get on this weekend too, probably on 17m between 1500 and
1700UTC, and then on 30m after 1800UTC.
My WARC band totals are going up quite nicely over the past few weeks,
especially on 30m.
I'd love to get DXCC on those bands, and feel it is quite achievable,
unlike
12m right now!
In EU, we see W/VE from about 1800 onwards, although it does vary
according
to location. The W7's would probably start around 2100.
Jim, your band segments are good for most of EU too, so that shouldn't
be a
problem.
73 for now
