After 20-30 minutes the rate did drop to almost nothing anyway. They
guy never did let up though. Notch would take him out of my bandpass
anyway. When he first came on I thought maybe I had come up on his
frequency, that is why I moved. But he followed my up the band a few
kCs. When I cam back down the band later he was in about the same
place doing the same thing to someone else, who was also working a
good rate through him. Who are we to deprive him of his fun?
