The WF1B v5.02 program has conversion programs included in its ZIP archive.
One is called ADIFCONV.EXE. The other is CABRILLO.EXE. These are stand alone
programs that you run outside of RTTY by WF1B.
The v5.02 version of the program and other tools for WF1B can be downloaded

I had to reload WL after the contest.
Can you import WF1B .bin or .all files and use WL to convert to adi or
cabrillo ?
