[RTTY] North Dakota was missing in the ARRL RTTY Round Up

Hello Jared,

I'm just a random ham radio operator. Last weekend was the ARRL's RTTY 
Round Up contest and ND was REALLY, REALLY hard to find.

I know the contest probably happens during holiday break, but if there 
is any way I can help somebody get on the air for the contest next year 
(heck, I might even consider a road trip) it would be really neat.

The pile ups of people looking for ND on RTTY would be huge!

Anyhow, something to think about,
