Hasn't the exchange _always_ been RST State/Province/Number(DX) ?
Just that the wallpaper was awarded by section. That is why you
should include the ARRL Section in the Cabrillo log if you are W/VE
and want to collect useless wallpaper.
Even when a state has only one section, the wallpaper will say
section (e.g., "Arizona Section") but I had gotten one that said "SCV
Section" somewhere.
