[RTTY] OK DX Contest

Hi All

I was looking at the rules for the OK RTTY contest this weekend.

I'm somewhat confused as the rules that show up in my logger say this 
contest is the second full weekend in November.

Also, do non-OK stations only work OK stations?  If that is the case, I 
might as well sit this one out, as there hasn't been much propogation here 
to Europe.  73
