You are absolutely right Shelby.  He should be where he says. But sometimes
they lie to us on purpose and sometimes they make mistakes.  I'd rather work
'em than be right.
 
I remember years ago workin' Ron Wright ZL1AMO from Kermadec on 20m CW.  At
the start of this operation he said he was working up.  I worked him early
on, down a couple of KCs.  He lied but his rate was way up because his
pileup was manageable.  He was also going at 40wpm to weed out the pile even
more.
