I experience that ocassionally during contests from stations that I had never
worked before, at least as far as the contest was concerned. I chalked it up
to perhaps the station I was calling misunderstood the call of a previously
worked station for my call. I don't know what else you can do.

I've worked them, but I'm still curious as to why they sent "QSO B4", when I
called them, on 20 meters, during TARA Grid contest? The only previous
contact was on July 27. I wasn't looking for an "insurance" contact...YU6AO
was calling "CQ contest", and I tried to answer.
Anyone else experience the same?
